Anxiety can often be frustrating and depletes you... but still never feel enough. You might get lost in all the thoughts and senerios that sometimes you wonder if it really was that big of a deal. The guilt of not doing that enough sets in. When anxiety takes over, it can be hard to feel anything but that.
It can also feel like there's something off, like you can't settle in and can't figure out why. Things happen to us and we can only shrug off so much. But only you know what it's really like.

Therapy can support you in finding an end to those thought loops and act with more certainty. A sense of control that gives you more choices and flexibility. You feel more in control of your experiences and can act when there's a real sense of urgency, not just false alarms.
